The short version

Solid Sudoku is made by DoorGames, LLC. Download it free, play everything for 7 days, and if you like it, unlock it with an annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. No ads, no account, no tricks. These terms are the fine print behind that promise.

Your license to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Solid Sudoku on devices you own or control, for your own enjoyment. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, or redistribute the app, or attempt to circumvent the trial or unlock mechanisms.

Free trial and unlocks

• Every install starts a 7-day, full-featured free trial. No payment details are collected to start it, and nothing converts automatically — when the trial ends, the game simply waits until you choose to unlock it.
• The annual plan is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple or Google account. It renews yearly at the shown price until you cancel in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• The lifetime unlock is a single one-time purchase — yours for as long as Solid Sudoku is available, on the same store account.
• Prices are shown in your local currency by the App Store or Google Play before you confirm. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms; purchases on iOS are also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
• Use Restore Purchases in the app (paywall or Settings) to bring an existing unlock to a new or reinstalled device on the same store account.

Fair play

The anonymous "how you compare" rankings only work if everyone plays the same game. Please don't submit falsified completion times or interfere with the statistics service; we may discard submissions that appear manipulated.

The app is provided "as is"

We work hard to keep Solid Sudoku stable and delightful, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoorGames, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending or changing the service

We may update the app, and we may update these terms as the app changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be reflected here before they take effect. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms. Your privacy is covered separately by our Privacy Policy.
